Delivery Fee
A standard R150 delivery fee applies to all orders within South Africa.
Production & Delivery Time
Because every gemmer. piece is made by hand, please allow 5–12 business days for crafting before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and courier routes. Public holidays and weekends are not included in these timeframes.
Order Updates & Tracking
As soon as your order is ready to leave our workshop, it will be handed over to our trusted courier partner for door-to-door delivery. You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number once your parcel has been booked.
Please note it may take up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the details to appear on the courier’s system.
