*Please take note that we can unfortunately not accept any personalized items for returns or refunds unless there is a problem with the actual leather product, as we only print the provided PNG file provided by the client.
We will assist you with the following options and must be done within 14 days of receiving the product
Refunds
Full refunds will only be granted to customers with faulty products.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card(or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchange
Please note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise. If clients are dissatisfied with the colour of the product, and that it is not the same as on the website, they can request an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging. Exchange eligibility is only for the same product in a different colour.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please attach the tracking number in an email after confirming via email for one of the above options.
